Last August we had a house fire. The insurance company referred their remodel team. The remodel was worse than the fire.

I needed my mirrored closet doors replaced due to a minor accident that shattered one. They came measured and gave me a quote. I agreed and within 30 days they installed a new set. I am very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

I needed a fairly small mirror cut to specific dimensions. I had called several other places and it was difficult to even get a quote from other companies. I called Demers glass and got a quote over the phone. I happened to be in the neighborhood and stopped by the same day. It was appx. 1:45 when I arrived and I was out of there in 20 minutes with the mirror! Amanda was super friendly and extremely helpful, she made sure the mirror was cut and ready to go for me…even though the workers we’re getting ready to leave for the day. My experience with Demers was awesome!!

We would like to take this opportunity to say how much we were pleased with Demers Glass, LLC. on the removal of an existing shower and the installation of new rain glass panels in our master bathroom and the installation of a signature bypass shower with rain glass as well in our guest bathroom. The attention to detail by Ivan was impressive, the existing walls were not square but he was able to take that into consideration and the finished job looks great. I just had all new vinyl Cascade windows installed in my home.  Demers crew Brian and Daniel did an awesome quick job even in the snowy weather just before Christmas.  The price was unbeatable and the install was painless.  Pierre and Paul were quick answering questions and providing a written upfront estimate that they stuck with.  Beautiful windows and what a difference it made in heating requirements.  Instantly went to loading the wood stove every 4 hours and using a furnace to having a small fire tended every 8 hours or less and even letting it go out and still staying warm.  I would highly recommend giving Demers a chance at any window project you have.

Chad provided my preservice visit performing measurement. Amanda provided my estimate and scheduled our installation. Chad and Jessie arrived in the scheduled time and had our new window installed in no time at all. they cleaned up and washed the window prior to leaving.

We thought we needed some new windows for our place up near Happy Jack, Arizona. We went to a few different companies and the quotes for new windows were astoundingly high. Then we came across the Demers ad in the Payson phone book and we’re so glad we did. We spoke to Ivan at the Flagstaff store and he suggested we come up there and talk to him, which we did. Ivan is the only one of the people we talked to who really listened to our window issues. He asked us if we were sure we needed new complete windows, or if we just needed the glass replaced. We hadn’t known we could get just the glass replaced. None of the other window stores even suggested that. Once Ivan helped us figure out that it was the glass in our old windows that failed, causing moisture to get inside between the two panes, we realized we just needed new glass. We know that Demers could have told us we needed new complete windows and you would have made more money. Obviously, your company has more integrity than that. So we ordered the glass and worked with Virginia on scheduling the installation. She worked around our schedule and was wonderful to deal with. We had our glass replacement done on Saturday, July 1st and WOW, were we impressed! Ivan and Zackery came to do the install and they were courteous, polite and efficient. They arrived at exactly 8:00a.m. as scheduled, and finished by noon, and we just want to say thank you! What a wonderful company to deal with! We know that there’s a lot more money to be made on bigger jobs, but we really appreciate that you guys take on the small residential jobs like ours, too.
